A marketing analysis, which is also called analysis of market potential, aims at comparing the achieved sales figures with the possible sales that could be generated in the respective sales districts. Having determined the exact market potential, performance standards for sales representatives can be derived.

In the course of this process the sales figures of the last two years are analysed and compared to the realistic market potential. As our database lists all important sales outlets in Germany (for each product group, including their location and the respective size of sales floorspace area), we are able to detect any weak point in the different sales districts.

Mystery Shopping

An entrepreneur knows his salespeople by experience. But still it is important for him to know more about them. How do customers perceive them? What kind of impression do they convey? How do they treat the customer when no supervisor is around?

Testing the customer and sales orientation of the sales force will answer these and further questions.

For each sales assistant who has been tested a written expert report will be provided.
